ARS MORIENDI - die before you die

Current findings from interdisciplinary near-death research confirm millennia-old experiences from spiritual traditions:

Immediately before death, such a surprising view of the “big picture” opens up that death loses its terror and life its heaviness. The reports of people after resuscitation resemble the visions of holy men and women of all times. Thanks to modern technology (neurostimulation with pulsed light), it is now possible to make these special experiences accessible immediately and without the risks of being close to death. A special breathing technique (heliotropic breathing), which is very easy to learn and practise, is ideal for integrating this ancient tradition into everyday life in a new form, thereby strengthening mental and physical health and making life much easier.

The ARS MORIENDI workshop offers a maximum of 12 participants the opportunity to experience this for themselves under the guidance of Dr. Engelbert Winkler with the help of the Lucia N°03 neurostimulator and Heliotropic Breathwork.

Dr. Engelbert Winkler is a clinical psychologist and psychotherapist, founder and technical director of the Cooperative Family Counselling Service, which has also had a significant influence on Tyrolean child and youth welfare as a specialist institution of the Austrian healthcare system since 1996. Together with Dr. Dirk Proeckl, a specialist in neurology, he developed the Lucia N°03 optical neurostimulator, which is now in use worldwide and is the subject of research at several universities (Berlin, Canterbury and Nancy).
